Poor Reg :( sounds like someone turned his pet into my dinner. If I was a guinea hen I’d want to go out like this though, beautifully succulent. Sous vide? I thought the leaves were the scurvy grass, and didn’t add much. They’re actually the jagalo nero now I look it up. I guess the scurvy grass must be in the green sauce and I can’t remember what I thought of it! Apparently it has a strong peppery taste.
