There was also some very soft and tasty ham at the bottom of these little pouches. The pouches themselves are porcelain, and you eat this with a tiny spoon. The top layer is a sort of goats cheese ice. Not sure if I detected the rosehip. In hindsight, since I had one at Christmas dinner, the construction with the ham in the bottom reminds me a lot of “Russian Salad”… amusing. It was a fun course.
